I am currently working as Station Master/ Manager at Orange Line Metro Rail Transit Systems Lahore which is the latest Rail Transit system in Pakistan as well as in south Asia jointly operated by a JV of Guangzhou Metro group (GMG) ,China Railway Norinco and Daewoo Pakistan. I was promoted from station equipment controller to Station Master in Aug 2022 based on my outstanding performance and commitment to excellence. My position at OLMRTS is very diversified and I am   Responsible to organize the staff and operation of the station.  Responsible for stations operational safety and strengthen operation monitoring of various positions.  Responsible to ensure the operations safety & good passenger service by the station staff.  Responsible to ensure the smooth handling and command of emergency events in the shift and preparing different events reports at stations.  Ensuring Stations high scores and position in station safety audits  Performing team management for station staff on duty, record unqualified behaviors, and supervise the implementation of SOPs set by Safety & Technology department.  Responsible to operate HMI, AFC, FAS, PIS and BAS equipments for smooth train operation and station safety for passengers.   Regularly inspect the public and non-public areas of the station, and visually check the status of equipment and facilities.   To ensure Emergency response plan\'s implementations in emergency situations.  Responsible for on-site permits for maintenance of operations & maintenance equipment within the station and section, & supervise compliance with safety SOPs.   Patrol equipment and facilities in station on time and report malfunctions timely.  Responsible for skills training of the station staff. 

EXPERIENCE Norinco International Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System (Aug 2020- continue) Pakistans first automated rapid rail transit system and also the part of CPEC China Pakistan Economic Corridor, Department Operations Management Designation Station Equipment Controller Workd and Trained under supervision of chinese international Trainers. Special Trainings on Employee Safety ,Station Safety and Risk Management. Complete Expertise on Emergency fire handling System,Building automation software, HMI(SCADA System for train operation), 750V DC Third rail safety education. Description Monitoring and dealing with Building Automation System(BAS), Fire Alarm Panel, Local Fire extinguishing System, HMI( SCADA system provided by casco)for computer Based Automatic Train Control. Handling of station electrical and automatic Equipment through IBP integrated backup panel, Station Management , supervising maintenance plans and activities.
